Pysanky is the art of egg designing and dying practices traditionally in Eastern Europe. Practice the Ukrainian folk art of Pysanky under teacher Patty Wiszuk-DeAngelo, an award winning Pysanky artist. Attendees will learn division of the egg, drawing of designs, use of the kistka, techniques of wax and resist method, dying process, technique of drilling eggs, removing wax and finishing methods. This three hour class is $40 per person and includes materials and light refreshments. Advance registration is required.
